American Association of Naturopathic Physicians


When we were originally approached by The American Association of Naturopathic Physician AANP to help run paid social to boost tickets sales for their 2018 convention, they were solely looking for help with social media. Since they did not have a clear, easy to navigate landing page or site dedicated to the conference, we suggested a dedicated site.

Once the site was built, we then proceeded with a series of paid posts to drive traffic to the site.


For the AANP convention project, we utilized WordPress for the website along with a pre-existing event template.

Building the site took a bit longer than projected as AANP had a large amount of content to include, such as speaker information, photos, bios, and more.

Once the site was in place, we used a combination of sponsored still imagery and video social posts, properly A/B tested.

For social ad targeting, we setup a general audience and lookalike based on an existing email database, as well as a retargeting audience for those that had expressed interest in the convention.

Using paid social media marketing, we were able to drive over 8,600 visits to the convention site. The paid posts reached over 40,000 people and were seen over 400,000 times.

The convention was a success with over 800 attendees.
